We are India's First ARC
We were the first ARC to be setup in India back in 2002 making us the most experienced ARC in the country. We are proud of the fact that many of the standard operating process adopted by the industry have been pioneered at Arcil.

We operate with a net Worth of Rs. 264 Bn. ($22 Mn.) in the industry with the largest (untapped) leveraging capacity. Arcil has manpower strength of 200 plus people with aggregate exposure of Rs 16,223 Crore of AUM representing total debt of over Rs 85,664 Crore across 14 branches.

We enjoy strong relationships with the largest Indian Banks like SBI, PNB etc. We have also been Instrumental in developing a secondary market for NPAs & raised the first 3rd party fund to invest in Indian NPAs.

Tree Plantation drive at Sanjay Gandhi National Park
Arcil, in collaboration with Gaia Foundation under its CSR Initiative, has pledged its support for the reduction of Carbon footprint by organizing a tree plantation drive of 1500 trees at SGNP. Our employees joined in to initiate the activity on 30th September 2023.
2023 Independence Day Celebrations
Independence Day celebrations at Arcil was a wonderful way to commemorate India's independence and promote a sense of patriotism and national identity among the employees. We paid tribute to the freedom fighters by singing patriotic songs and remembering their sacrifices and struggles that led to independence. We had a fun quiz to test knowledge about India to help employees learn more about our country's history, culture, and heritage while fostering camaraderie.
International Yoga Day
Managing stress is a very important aspect of a good health. We organized a Desk Yoga Session by a Certified Yoga Therapist. Employees had an opportunity to remotely learn the techniques of basic desk yoga and breathing exercises.
Celebrating World Blood Donor Day
World Blood Donor Day is an annual event that celebrates the generosity of voluntary blood donors and raises awareness of the need for safe blood and blood products. Organizing a camp for World Blood Donor Day was a great way to support this cause and encourage more people to donate blood.
Townhall on our Annual Performance
In an effort to appraise all employees of the performance of the company and seek their feedback on new initiatives with regards to employee work culture, we had an open townhall meeting that helped to highlight our successes and areas of improvement for the year ahead.

An evening of celebration to round off the success of FY 2022-23. This event was a recognition of our hard work and dedication that have contributed to our outstanding achievements as a team. It was great being there and sharing this special occasion.

It was an opportunity to express sincere gratitude to employees for their trust, support, and dedication. As a token of appreciation, we awarded long service awards to our staff members who have been with us for more than 10 years. We also had a bit of talent on showcase by some Arcilites.
