Setup of Smart Digital Library: Empowering the Digital Generation
In partnership with Friends Union For Energising Lives (FUEL), Pune
As part of this initiative, Arcil supported the establishment of a state-of-the-art Smart Digital Library at FUEL Business School, Pune. This modern hub is designed to go beyond traditional learning by providing students with 24/7 access to a vast collection of e-books, journals, and cutting-edge research databases. This initiative directly addresses the critical need to equip students with the resources and skills for the digital era, fostering in-depth research, critical thinking, and self-directed learning.
The library will also feature collaborative study spaces with integrated technology and workshops led by experts. By combining a technology-driven environment with a supportive learning community, this project is expected to significantly enhance academic performance and student engagement. Ultimately, this lifelong resource will equip thousands of students with the technical and soft skills they need to thrive in their careers and beyond.

Enhancing Gynecological Care in Karnataka
In partnership with Prashanthi Balamandira Trust
In its commitment to providing accessible healthcare, Arcil extended support to the Sri Sathya Sai Sarla Memorial Hospital in Karnataka, which is run by the Prashanthi Balamandira Trust. The hospital provides crucial medical services to a lower-income population, and this initiative focused on enhancing its gynecological department.
Arcil's support facilitated the procurement of Hysteroscopy Equipment, a vital tool for diagnosing and treating various uterine conditions. This equipment will significantly improve the hospital's capacity to provide advanced and less invasive care, ensuring that women in the community have access to reliable and affordable healthcare services. This project is part of Arcil’s broader effort to support hospitals that serve economically marginalized populations by upgrading their medical infrastructure and equipment.

Physiotherapy Support for Senior Citizens in Nagpur
In partnership with Shield Foundation
Arcil is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for aged and marginalized senior citizens, demonstrated by its partnership with Shield Foundation, Mumbai, for a project in Nagpur, Maharashtra. This initiative focuses on providing accessible and affordable physiotherapy care to the elderly who are unable to afford such essential treatment.
Through this collaboration, Arcil provided the necessary physiotherapy equipment to Shield Foundation, enabling them to conduct a physiotherapy unit for marginalized and unemployed/retired senior citizens. The project has seen an increase in patient attendance and has provided crucial support to many elderly individuals in the community. By offering these services, Arcil is helping senior citizens live with dignity and independence, regardless of their socio-economic circumstances.

Life-Saving Support: Upgrading Dialysis Care in Sindhudurg
In partnership with Social Empowerment & Voluntary Association
In a significant effort to improve healthcare accessibility in rural Maharashtra, Arcil supported the Government Medical College & Hospital in Sindhudurg, in partnership with the Social Empowerment & Voluntary Association (SEVA). Recognizing the critical need for an upgraded dialysis unit, which was strained by aging and non-functional equipment, this project provided essential infrastructure to the hospital.
Arcil's support facilitated the setup of three new dialysis units and necessary supporting equipment, increasing the hospital's capacity to serve the community. The initiative also included the installation of a UPS system to ensure uninterrupted power supply during critical treatments, and the provisioning of new air conditioners, computers, and a printer to create a more efficient and sterile environment. These enhancements will provide quality and free healthcare services to patients in the rural areas of Sindhudurg, ensuring better health opportunities for the district's citizens.

Healing Tiny Hearts: ARCIL's Support for Children with Congenital Heart Disease
In partnership with G. Kuppuswamy Naidu Memorial Hospital (A unit of KNC Trust)
Arcil is committed to improving child healthcare and partnered with the renowned G. Kuppuswamy Naidu Memorial Hospital in Coimbatore to support the treatment of children with Congenital Heart Disease (CHD). In FY 2024-25, this vital initiative provided life-saving support to 34 children suffering from this critical condition. Recognizing that CHD is a major health challenge in India, our intervention provided underprivileged children with access to world-class medical expertise, including advanced surgical procedures. This support was instrumental in giving these young patients a chance at a healthy future. Arcil is proud to have played a part in healing these tiny hearts and making a profound difference in the lives of these children and their families.
