Arcil's partnership with G. Kuppuswamy Naidu Memorial Hospital continues to expand, with new support provided to enhance advanced medical infrastructure. In FY 2024-25, Arcil's initiative focused on two crucial areas of care. For the Pediatric Cardiology department, two advanced video laryngoscopes were provided for the ICU, significantly improving the precision and safety of critical procedures for young patients.
Additionally, to address the pressing need for women's health diagnostics, a state-of-the-art Colposcope device was provided. This equipment is essential for the early diagnosis and management of cervical abnormalities, including precancerous lesions and cervical cancer. The device will be used for both hospital patients and women screened through the hospital's outreach camps, ensuring that more women receive timely and life-saving care. This project underscores Arcil's commitment to supporting comprehensive healthcare solutions for vulnerable communities.

Education & Skill Development
Arcil significantly expanded its impact on education by partnering with Studeasy Bharat Foundation (SBF) to establish digital classrooms in 50 government schools across Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Goa, Gujarat, and Rajasthan. This initiative, part of our CSR efforts, aimed to enhance the quality of education for underprivileged students by providing them with cutting-edge digital tools.
With the installation of 55-inch Smart TVs and access to a unique Blended Learning Program, students benefitted from state-syllabi-based lectures, assessments, and educational videos—both in school and at home. Our initiative empowered students in rural areas with the tools they needed to succeed in the digital age.
At Arcil, we believe in fostering educational equity, and this initiative marked a significant step forward in bridging the urban-rural education gap. Together, we built the next generation of professionals and future leaders!

Health & Sanitation
Arcil is proud to partner with Smile Train India to provide life-changing support for children born with cleft lip and palate deformities. Annually, thousands of children in India are born with this condition, leading to difficulties with eating, breathing, and speaking, and often resulting in social isolation.
In FY 2024-25, ARCIL's support enabled surgical and comprehensive care for 102 children across various locations, including Murshidabad and Kolkata in West Bengal, Chennai and Thanjavur in Tamil Nadu, Raipur in Chhattisgarh, and Srinagar. This collaboration provides these young patients with free reconstructive cleft surgeries, giving them a second chance at a normal life and the opportunity to live with dignity and confidence.

Arcil is committed to combating preventable blindness by supporting the establishment of Vision Centres under the aegis of Akhand Jyoti Eye Hospital in various districts of Bihar. Recognizing the significant burden of vision impairment in India, these centres leverage Tele-ophthalmology equipment to enable the early identification of cataract patients in surrounding villages.
Building on the success of two centres supported in FY 2023-24 (Ekma and Gopalganj), Arcil expanded its support in FY 2024-25 to include four new Vision Centres in Lalganj, Raghunathpur, Saraiya, and Guthani. This crucial initiative ensures that numerous patients receive vital screenings and are promptly referred to the base hospital for necessary cataract surgeries, significantly improving access to eye care in remote and underserved communities.

Arcil continued its commitment to improving educational infrastructure by providing Deskits to government primary school students during FY 2024-25. Recognizing the challenge of limited writing tables and facilities in many schools, Arcil, in collaboration with Santhwana Trust, distributed these innovative school bags that convert into study tables.
This initiative benefited 4,000 children from Class 1 to 5 across 81 government schools in Bangalore, Chennai, Mysore, Bhubaneshwar, Cuttack, and Kolkata. The Deskits not only transform any space into a conducive study area but also significantly contribute to a better learning environment by promoting improved posture, eyesight, and handwriting. This project underscores Arcil's dedication to equipping young learners with the tools they need for academic success.
