ARCIL partnered with The Akshaya Patra Foundation to enhance the delivery of the Mid-Day Meal Scheme in Dehradun. This crucial initiative aims to improve the nutritional status and overall well-being of primary school children. Our support focused on the procurement of essential vessels for food distribution, directly contributing to a more hygienic and efficient meal serving process.
This project benefits approximately 2,500 students across 43 government schools in the region. Environmental Sustainability
ARCIL is dedicated to improving the living conditions for intellectually challenged adults, demonstrated by its support for Adhar – Association of Parents of Mentally Retarded Persons during FY 2024-25. This initiative focused on enhancing residential facilities in Badlapur and Nashik, Maharashtra, benefiting a total of 328 special adults (226 in Badlapur and 102 in Nashik).
ARCIL's contribution included the provisioning of solar-based water boilers and water pumps, ensuring access to essential amenities. Additionally, a Go Cast Machine was provided, enabling the production of fuel from cow dung generated at Adhar's in-house dairy, promoting sustainability. Adhar, a non-profit established in 1994, provides lifelong care for adults with intellectual disabilities, and ARCIL's support significantly enhances their ability to offer dignified and comfortable living environments.

Education & Skill Development
Arcil is proud to support the Sri Aurobindo Integral School in Gatiroutpatna, Cuttack, Odisha, through significant infrastructure enhancements during FY 2024-25. This project, undertaken in collaboration with Basundhara, a dedicated voluntary organization, aims to create a more conducive learning environment for orphaned and deprived children. This initiative specifically benefits 80 girl students from vulnerable and marginalized groups enrolled in the school.
Arcil's contribution facilitated the construction of a much-needed library-cum-reading room. Additionally, existing classrooms underwent renovation and furnishing, receiving new desks, benches, almirahs, and chairs, along with essential study materials for the library. Basundhara has tirelessly worked for 37 years to rehabilitate destitute women and children, establishing Sri Aurobindo Integral School in 2010 to cater to their educational and emotional needs. As the school relies solely on contributions, ARCIL's support is vital in improving the overall education and well-being of these underprivileged students.

Arcil is committed to making affordable healthcare accessible to all, and in FY 2024-25, we extended this commitment by supporting Karuna Hospital in Borivali, Mumbai. The hospital, run by the Karuna Medical Society Trust, serves a large economically marginalized population.
Our support enabled the procurement of five ICU Patient Monitoring machines, a critical upgrade to the hospital's infrastructure. These advanced machines are essential for providing high-quality care in the intensive care unit, ensuring that patients receive timely and accurate monitoring. By enhancing the hospital's medical amenities, Arcil is helping to ensure that vulnerable communities have access to the subsidized and quality healthcare services they need.
