Amit Saha is the Head of Internal Audit of our Company. He has a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Calcutta and a master’s degree in commerce from the University of Calcutta. He is also a qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with ICICI Bank Limited as a manager and IndusInd Bank Limited as a junior manager. He has been associated with our Company since January 29, 2013. He is responsible for overseeing the internal audit function, ensuring compliance with regulations, identifying risks and improving operational efficiency.
