Kapil Mohan Rohilla is the Executive Vice President of our Company. He has a master's degree in business administration from Devaki Institute of Technical and Management Studies, Nagpur. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with ICICI Bank as manager, Conneqt Business Solutions Limited (formerly known as Tata Business Support Services Limited), as assistant vice president, IIFL Home Finance Limited as zonal collections head and Spocto Solutions Private Limited as chief operating officer. He has been associated with our Company since January 16, 2026. He is responsible to build and establish a new business vertical Collection as a Service (CaaS). He is also responsible for team building and leadership, client acquisition and relationship management, digital transformation and analytics, P&L/Revenue responsibility.
