Narayanan Subramaniam is the Chairman and Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Science from University of Madras and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. He also is a qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Institute of Company Secretaries of India and the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. He was previously associated with City Union Bank as a Board Member and First India Mutual Fund as the Chief Executive Officer. His areas of experience include in risk management, system implementation, corporate governance, MIS, human resource management, strategy, tax and compliance. He has three decades of experience in private equity, investment management, banking, accounting and finance.
